Letter from our CEO
In 1988 at the age of 5 years old, my father, knowing that computers would be the future, came home with my very first computer; an IBM 80X86 with nothing but two floppy drives and a keyboard. Immediately, I was intrigued. For years I read and reread the manual, changed and manipulated code, and learned the inner workings of the emerging technology.
In high school, at the age of 15, I developed the first concept of ProTechtion IT. What originally started as an “easy A” in typing class, turned into a group of six students spending every day learning all they could about computers until eventually becoming the on-campus IT department for the school.
In 2006, ProTechtion IT as a business came to fruition with my very first managed service contract. Since then, solely through word of mouth of our satisfied clients, the company has grown into one of the leading Managed Service Providers for the healthcare industry in Orange County.
My core principle for ProTechtion has always been not only being at the top of my game in current technology and IT systems, but customer service with an attitude of patience and a dedication to simplifying IT for my customers.
